The P16-M is powered by a standard wall jack, and you can even mount this to a microphone stand as long as you purchase the P16 MB which is a microphone stand adapter for the P16-M. It is beyond affordable and comes with LIT buttons and knobs to let you distinguish what is what in a dark room which really came in handy for me since I mostly work out of clubs. This monitor mixing system is high quality and perfect for live use which is the reason why I purchased it. It has a 3 band EQ on each of the 16 channels and they have a mid band sweep.

This mixer cannot be racked but it does not take up much space on your workspace because it is pretty small. The P 16-M is a personal mixer made by Behringer, it is very affordable and well made.
